Rooms and rates
The bedroom area is independent. The floor of the house is entirely reserved for our guests MALE. Breakfast is taken in the pool house, by the swimming pool, from 8.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The rooms and the house are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available on the terrace. Animals not accepted.

Ferret Room
Two rooms are available to our guests:
the CHAMBRE AFRICAINE and the CHAMBRE FERRET

African Chamber
High season: JUNE 1 to SEPTEMBER 30:
150 €/day for a stay of 1 to 2 days,
140€/day for a stay of 3 to 5 days
125€/day for a stay from 6 days
Breakfast is included in all cases
Low season: from OCTOBER 1 to MAY 31:
125 €/day for a stay of 1 to 2 days,
115€/day for a stay of 3 to 5 days
95€/day for a stay from 6 days

The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent Villa Presqu'ILS a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room selected. This deposit can be paid by check, bank transfer or credit card.
In the event of cancellation by the client, one month before the stay, the deposit will be refunded minus the bank transaction costs of €10.
In case of cancellation less than one month before the stay, the deposit will be kept by the Villa Presqu'ILS.
In the event of cancellation by Villa Presqu'ILS, the customer will be fully reimbursed for this deposit.
Tourist tax: €0.80/pers/night
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation with a minimum of one night.
